Christmas Seconds
The Christmas season is one of seconds: searching for just another second to be able to get everything prepared, second helpings at the holiday table, second thoughts about what it all means and about relationships, and second chances to fulfill the meaningful in gift giving and relationships. Christmas Seconds offers up a five-story inspirational novella followed by five separate short stories that also explore the theme of seconds. The stories in the last section are ones that I have included in what I call my Christmas Card Tales, because they are very short stories, designed to be included with the cards I send out to celebrate the spirit of Christmas.
